For flexographic printing machines, reasonable installation is very important, so what should we pay attention to when installing flexographic printing machines?
After basic maintenance, the machine can be installed. For printing presses, find the horizontal and vertical levels according to the impression cylinder on the machine and tighten the set screws. Larger printing presses are more complex. On this basis, draw lines to determine the positions of the paper supply, printing, and delivery parts, and place each department in a safe and stable manner by experienced porters.
If the machine is of high value, be sure to insure it before moving it. Otherwise, once an accident occurs during the hoisting and transportation process, the loss will be huge. Wipe the protective oil on the surface of the embossing roller (if you do not have an embossing roller, choose a non-adjustable roller). Place one horizontally on the surface of the cylinder and the other two on the machined surface on the top of the wall panels on either side of the printing section. Of course, the machined surface on the top of the wallboard should also be wiped clean.
It is recommended to choose an elevation with an error of less than 0.02 mm. Adjust the anchor screws so that the three level gauges on the print unit show level, and then install the paper feed unit. According to the operating instructions of the flexographic printing machine, use a ruler to make the distance between the two sides of the paper supply part and the two sides of the printing part consistent, and the distance between the two should meet the relevant requirements. Then place a thin nylon thread against the inside of the wall panel on the print and paper supply sides so they are on the same line. At the same time, the paper supply department itself should also look for the horizontal and vertical levels in the same way we just adjusted the level of the printing department. Like the paper feed department, the delivery department is at the same location and level as the printing department. The nylon thread should be passed through the inner wall plate and the printing line side of the feeding part and the printing part, and then adjust the position of the receiving part. By adjusting, the three parts are on the same line. Then iteratively verify that the three parts are not only level, but also parallel to each other, at the same distance, and meet the requirements in the installation instructions.
